14 x 14 Multi-user MIMO allows simultaneous communication to up to 7 SMs / clients in both uplink and downlink, enabling effective, low latency communications and industry leading aggregated throughput.
Industry-leading Spectral Efficiency and capacity
PMP 450m 5GHz AP delivers more than 500Mbps actual throughput in a 20MHz channel and up to 1.4Gbps in a 40MHz channel. Delivering 20+bps/Hz and over 40bps/Hz when deployed in frequency re-use configurations.
With a powerful quad-core processor and FPGA with a 20Gbps interface and 14 flexible RF transceivers the PMP 450M handles 200.000 packets-per-second, allowing for high effective throughput and low latency even when the data mix includes small packets from VoIP and gaming applications.
Integrated 90/120° Sector Antenna Array
PMP 450m utilizes a specially designed 14x14 element antenna array, allowing for adaptive beamforming, band steering, 2° electrical uniform downtilt and excellent null-fill capabilities.
The antenna can operate in a 90° sector with 3dB cut-off and 120° sector with 6dB cut-off.
