The ultra-wide band PTP 450i Integrated 5GHz radio features dynamic interference filtering, IP-66/67 enclosure, and a multifunction AUX port. The PTP 450i is designed to deliver reliable wireless connection for industrial and other critical applications, with a range of high-end wireless features and a ruggedized build for high reliability in harsh environments.

Advanced Radio Design

The PTP 450i radio covers the entire band from 4900 to 5925 MHz. Advanced radio design improves transmit power and increases receive sensitivity. Possibility to define channel width from 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 MHz enables optimizing the radio for throughput and range in a way few other radios are capable of.

Security

450i operates on a proprietary radio protocol with FIPS-197 128bit AES encrypyption. 256bit AES supported by optional license.

Dynamic Interference Filtering

The 450i platform provides industry leading noise isolation with dynamic interference filtering to improve performance in noisy environments.

Rugged Metal Enclosure

Designed to meet IP-66 and IP-67 standard and to withstand harsh environments. Optional ATEX / Hazloc certified models available for deployment in hazardous areas.

Multifunction AUX port

450i provides a secondary GbE port allowing connection of adjacent products such as IP-video, WiFi access points or similar. The port supports 802.3at standard PoE output.
